Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external partners, act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring strong relationships are maintained.
• Assist in decision-making processes by preparing reports, presentations, data gathering and other documents.
• Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ensure efficient office management and smooth workflow.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to multitask,and Strong decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to interact with international partners and stakeholders.
• Proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, calendar tools).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
