Job Description
responsible for ensuring the showroom and office environment are well-maintained, organized, and prepared for client visits. This role combines administrative support, office upkeep, and showroom presentation to create a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and reset the showroom before and after client meetings, including arranging hangers, product codes, and displays.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the showroom and office space.
- Ensure all hangers are properly prepared, coded, and arranged for product presentation.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery and showroom materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and minor repairs.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure a professional and client-ready environment at all times.
Job Requirements
