Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners, facilitating effective communication.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, prioritizing and responding on behalf of executives as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Support project management activities by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure smooth office operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and office efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2- 7 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
