Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners, facilitating effective communication.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, prioritizing and responding on behalf of executives as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets, expense reports, and purchase orders.
  • Support project management activities by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and office efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2- 7 years of experience in an executive administrative or office management role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
