We are a leading physiotherapy and rehabilitation medical center in Alexandria, committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services and ensuring smooth operations across our branches. We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on daily operations (reception, nursing, housekeeping, customer service).
Manage schedules, attendance, and shift arrangements.
Track and report daily/weekly performance (targets, attendance sheets, follow-up logs).
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of rooms, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate with doctors and staff to solve operational issues without creating conflict.
Support financial tasks (basic accounts, collections, and reporting).
Prepare structured reports (daily & weekly) for management.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team when needed (visits, promotions, follow-ups).

Job Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, Administration, or related field preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, office management, or secretarial roles (experience in medical/healthcare field is a plus).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Flexible with working hours: 2 PM – 10 PM (Alexandria-based).
Preferably residing near Sidi Bishr
