Job Description
- Collect incoming mails, sorts, and arrange it on the table of the COO
- Arrange the schedule of the meetings, appointments (internal and external) and follow up of the same with the department concerned and the COO
- Follow up action points with responsible or designated persons
- Transcribe and document minutes of the meeting conducted by the COO
- Compose business correspondences such as faxes, e-mails, or memos as directed by COO
- Answer telephone calls and screen them before transferring to the COO. or other related service departments
- Request office supplies and other materials necessary for daily operations
- Prepare duty roster, and magcard validation checking of staff assigned under COO
- Keep and maintains filing of documents in the office
- Sort, and distribute of all outgoing communications making sure it reaches concerned staff on time
- Oversee the office of COO to be in harmonious arrangement making sure it is orderly and tidy
- Render other duties assigned by the Chief Operation Officer from time to time
Job Requirements
- BC. Degree in any relevant Discipline
- +1 Experience in Office Management or as a secretary
