Job Description
- Manage and organize the executive’s daily schedule and appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence in both English and Arabic.
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing meeting minutes.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and professional communication on behalf of management.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records (electronic and hard copies).
- Coordinate between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist with travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) when required.
- Welcome visitors and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and confidentiality.
