Job Description
Seldar Misr is looking to hire a professional and highly organized Executive Secretary for the CEO. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and administrative skills to support the CEO in managing daily operations, scheduling, and confidential matters efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, and documents) and prepare reports/presentations.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure confidentiality and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters.
