Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Chairman.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of executive reports, business documents, and strategic plans.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, responding on behalf of the Chairman when appropriate.
  • Liaise with senior management, department heads, and external partners to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee office management tasks to ensure an efficient and organized executive office environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
