About the role
Full-time, in-person with some WFH flexibility
- Qualify and segment prospects based on fit and potential value
- Develop targeted outreach sequences (outbound sales, calls, site visits) with clear CTAs
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover needs and pain points for garages & car owners
- Present tailored proposals and demonstrations that address specific garage challenges
- Implement a structured follow-up cadence to nurture stalled opportunities
- Leverage CRM dashboards to track deal stages, win rates, and pipeline velocity
- Analyze pipeline metrics weekly and refine tactics to improve conversion rates
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience (preference for B2B or tech / SaaS sales
- Proven track record: ≥ 10 B2B deals/year or $200 K+ ARR closed
- Fluent Arabic & English; excellent negotiation & presentation skills
- Willingness to spend up to 50% of time in outbound sales to repair garages
- A self-starter mindset, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn and be coached
