Job Title: Collections, Follow-up & Deliveries Manager

Job Summary:
The Collections, Follow-up & Deliveries Manager is responsible for overseeing collections and delivery operations with distributors, ensuring proper stock levels at their warehouses, monitoring delivery schedules, and following up on issued checks. The role also includes managing balances and settlements with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Noon. The position aims to secure smooth financial and logistics operations while maintaining healthy cash flow for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee collections from distributors and clients according to agreed timelines.
Monitor issued checks and ensure timely collection and settlement.
Track distributors’ stock levels and ensure product availability.
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to guarantee on-time deliveries.
Manage and follow up on balances, settlements, and collections with e-commerce platforms (Amazon & Noon).
Prepare regular reports on receivables, collections, and delivery performance.
Address and resolve any issues related to deliveries or collections with distributors and clients.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the collection cycle and minimize financial risks.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in collections, account management, or sales operations (preferably in trading or distribution companies).
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting processes related to collections and checks.
Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon) is a plus.
Excellent organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
