Job Description

Act as the primary connection between the agency and its clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client expectations are exceeded. This role involves developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, managing social media presence, coordinating internal teams, and delivering detailed performance reports. The Senior Account Manager will also participate in GCI video shoots for the agency.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships and proactively communicating to meet their expectations.
  • Develop and present innovative ideas and strategies that genuinely enhance the client's brand image, ensuring they feel supported and understood.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, motion graphics specialists, media buyers, and content writers, ensuring projects are delivered timely and to the required standards.
  • Oversee the visual aesthetics and content strategy of client social media profiles, particularly Instagram, maintaining alignment with established brand identities and ensuring consistency in visual appeal and messaging.
  • Review, edit, and provide feedback on content created by content writers to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Schedule, post, and manage content across social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
  • Attend client meetings, effectively presenting strategies, campaign progress, and performance results.
  • Supervise and manage content production activities, including photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring they align with the client's vision and objectives.
  • Regularly present detailed marketing plans and performance reports, including social media analytics and media buying outcomes, providing insightful analysis to guide strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness through careful analysis of metrics and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization toward client goals.
  • Join in shooting GCI videos for the agency.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role in a marketing agency.
  • Experience managing social media strategy and content creation.
  • Experience coordinating with creative and media buying teams.
  • Experience in participating in video shoots is beneficial.
