Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across all major platforms.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, visually appealing content tailored to each social media channel, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive relationships with followers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, proactively recommending innovative approaches to increase reach and engagement.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach and credibility.
  • Support crisis communication efforts and manage reputation by monitoring and addressing potential issues on social platforms.
  • Organize and promote online events, contests, and campaigns to drive audience participation and brand loyalty.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
