Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across all relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with broader campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management on social platforms as needed.
- Manage and post on the mobile app as well
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand voice.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emerging trends.
