Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, original content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams to align social media initiatives with broader campaign objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify content and brand messaging.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to inform content strategy and positioning.
  • Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
