Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage, grow, and engage our online community across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand voice, business objectives, and target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.) across all relevant social platforms.
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter).
- Monitor, track, and report on performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase reach.
- Work on influencer collaborations, partnerships, and community-building initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or Digital Marketer.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills (Arabic & English preferred).
- Ability to design basic visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience running paid ads on Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose new ideas and campaigns.

- Growth in followers, reach, and engagement rates.
- Increase in lead generation or conversions from social platforms.
- Consistent content publishing as per calendar.
- Positive audience sentiment and community engagement.
