Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist has the responsibility of implementing agreed brand and project plans for assigned brands.
The Senior Marketing Specialist will work closely with other departments (Sales, Development and Marketing Operations) and will liaise with the external Communication agencies in relation to the assigned brands.
The Senior Marketing Specialist is charged with the responsibility of developing and executing tactical plans to achieve the brand objectives and ensuring the overall quality of the work is commensurate with corporate standards.
Contribute (with Development) in determining the optimal product characteristics that will appeal to the target markets.
Execute brand activity to remain within guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency and level of quality and objectives are achieved.
Utilize a competitive intelligence system to maximize marketplace advantages and minimize potential weaknesses.
Manage and process financial for the brand to make sure that overall annual marketing budget is not exceeded and that expenditure always has the highest possible ROI.
Develop campaigns that ensure maximum exposure of our new launches and create effective brand awareness.
Liaison with supplier and agencies to ensure marketing activities are executed on time, according to brand guidelines and reach the right target audience to achieve result.

Real Estate Background is a must.
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.
