Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Marketing and Public Relations Executive to join our team. This dual-role position will focus on creating and implementing marketing campaigns while managing public relations efforts to enhance our brand's visibility and reputation. The ideal candidate will have experience in both marketing and PR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate projects across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Duties:
Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and reach key audiences.
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce graphics, videos, and other multimedia materials that support marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports with insights for future campaigns.
  • Use data and feedback to adjust and optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media:
  • Manage social media channels, create posts, engage with followers, and respond to messages.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Work with influencers or brand advocates to enhance online reach and engagement.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

Public Relations Duties:

  • Media Relations:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and other influencers to secure coverage.
  • Write press releases, media pitches, and feature articles to promote brand news, events, and products.
  • Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media events to increase positive exposure.
  • Brand Communication:
  • Develop and manage the company’s public relations strategies to maintain and enhance its brand image.
  • Oversee content creation for public communications, including newsletters, press releases, and social media announcements.
  • Monitor media coverage and public perception, and provide reports on PR activities.
  • Crisis Management:
  • Develop crisis communication plans to handle sensitive situations and protect the company’s reputation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during crises, communicating with media and stakeholders as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach:
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives, sponsorships, and collaborations to foster goodwill and support brand objectives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and public relations, with a proven track record in both areas.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and PR tools.
  • Experience with media relations, campaign management, and content creation.
