Job Description
To execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for real estate projects, aiming to increase brand awareness and support the achievement of sales targets. The role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and marketing trends.
Implement and manage marketing plans in line with the company's overall strategy.
Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including coordination with external agencies and design teams.
Analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
Coordinate with the sales team to provide marketing materials and support sales initiatives.
Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities, preparing regular market intelligence reports.
Maintain and update company website and social media channels with engaging and relevant content.
Organize and manage real estate exhibitions, events, and open houses to promote the company’s projects.
Develop relationships with brokers, agencies, and prospective clients to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of proven marketing experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design skills using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator are a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
