Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of its digital marketing strategy to do:
- Design and manage the digital marketing department, including the marketing strategies, database, emails, campaigns, and display advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI, ROAS and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets to ensure effectiveness.
- Plan and manage the company's social media presence across various platforms.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and create insightful reports.
- Collaborate with advertising and media experts to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies with your team.
- Oversee and manage all digital contests, giveaways, and other projects.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
- Strong creativity and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Solid management skills to lead a team.
