On behalf of one our major regional clients in the media industry:
JOB TITLE: Content Manager
REPORT TO: Content Director
ROLE: The role of writer & presenter is to be responsible for the daily publishing of the brands. Managers are responsible for the day to day tactical management of all content. They play a crucial role in ensuring deliverables are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide data and insights for the content team in Writing, editing and proofreading text.
- Researching and developing content (text, audio, video)
- Attend Weekly Meeting Calls with the content team.
- Prepare Monthly Content Calendar and weekly performance updates on audience and revenue
- Manage city presence on region brand
- Manage traffic, app, social growth, and make sure people are working on their shifts remotely
PEOPLE :
- Assist in fostering a high performance led culture

- Develop SMART performance objectives alongside your line manager

Job Requirements
The following job description details the skills and competencies required for this level.
SKILLS :
- Bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field
- Digital content experience for 4+ years
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics is a plus
- Excellent in English & Arabic verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, can share in city hiring
- Ability to work remotely with diverse cultures and also time zones
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Content creation will be a plus
