About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead B.TECH’s digital strategy and execution. You will develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate B.TECH’s digital marketing roadmap aligned with brand strategy.
- Manage implementation of integrated digital campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social, display, e-commerce).
- Oversee customer experience (CX) strategy to design seamless and personalized customer journeys.
- Lead analytics and performance measurement to track, analyze, and optimize traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out new digital applications, products, and services.
- Manage digital marketing budget, campaigns, and ROI tracking.
- Drive talent development and build a strong digital team culture.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing preferred, postgraduate studies a plus).
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, and website analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ad-serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Proven ability to deliver traffic growth, sales targets, and ROI.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
