- About the Role:
- We are seeking a data-driven and creative E-Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy.
- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve our business goals. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer who is proficient in all digital channels and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively across various channels for maximum ROI.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Channel Management:
- SEO/SEM: Manage all search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) activities (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to increase organic and paid search visibility.
- Social Media: Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) to grow engagement and followers.
- Email Marketing: Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis.
- Content Marketing: Plan and manage the content calendar, working with content creators to produce engaging blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others. Prepare regular reports on KPIs and present insights to stakeholders.
- Management & Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists (if applicable).
- Collaborate with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Required (Must-Have):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).

- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
