About the Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of our social presence across platforms. You’ll collaborate with creative, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver consistent and impactful messaging that grows our brand community. Key Responsibilities
• Plan and schedule daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.
• Monitor DMs and comments, ensuring timely and engaging responses.
• Collaborate with influencers and creators for product seeding, partnerships, and campaigns.
• Support product launches with creative teasers, countdowns, and engaging campaigns.
• Analyze engagement metrics, adjusting strategies for growth and performance.
• Stay ahead of trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Job Requirements
- Qualifications
• 5+ years managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and content planning.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic & English.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Experience in influencer partnerships is a plus.
• Analytical mindset — able to make data-driven content decisions.
• Creative, proactive, and adaptable to different audiences/platforms.
• Ability to multitask and excel in fast-paced environments.
