Job Description

The Social Media Manager is responsible for leading Unyva’s digital presence across all platforms. This role combines strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, ensuring that our brand identity is consistently represented online, while driving growth, customer engagement, and measurable business impact. The Social Media Manager will oversee content strategy, campaign planning, analytics, and community management, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Unyva’s business goals.
  • Define platform-specific objectives (awareness, engagement, conversion, customer care).
  • Plan and manage annual and quarterly social media calendars.

2. Content & Campaign Management

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, reels, blogs).
  • Ensure brand voice and storytelling are consistent across all platforms.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and digital PR initiatives.
  • Lead paid media campaigns (in coordination with agencies or internal specialists).

3. Community Engagement

  • Monitor daily interactions across platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Build and grow online communities that reflect Unyva’s values and culture.
  • Manage potential crisis communications on social channels.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve results.

5. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Innovation teams to align campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with creative, media buying, and production agencies.

Job Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in social media management, with proven leadership in FMCG, retail, or beauty/personal care industries.
  • Strong portfolio of successful campaigns that delivered measurable results.
  • Solid understanding of content creation, influencer marketing, and paid social advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills and creative storytelling ability.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in social media analytics tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational execution.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
