Job Purpose:
It is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Supervisor located in Cairo, Egypt. The caliber must have a solid experience in the automotive industry. And will be responsible for overseeing press releases, media relations, marketing communications, public relations, and marketing activities; developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic; deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution; tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns; managing the marketing budget; and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive marketing plans for all communication channels, including speeches and press releases, to drive qualified traffic and brand awareness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive marketing best practices and emerging technologies.
- Execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, on-ground print, and event channels.
- Manage the creation and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
- Oversee the company’s online presence, including website management and social media engagement.
- Manage marketing campaigns and standard KPIs across organic and paid channels, including content marketing, PPC, events, PR, social media, and lead generation.
- Analyze campaigns performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Create engaging content for the website and blog to attract and convert target audiences.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Oversee and approve marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market trends to optimize marketing efforts.
- Implement short- and long-range marketing plans, activities, and programs to support profit growth.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
- Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Conduct new model introduction studies (positioning, pricing, and volume projections).
- Develop profit strategies for existing and new models (customer, sales, and communication targets).
- Monitor MSRP vs. transaction price for core models and competitors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5 to 7 years' experience in marketing with a strong background in automotive field
- Experience in the automotive industry is must
- MBA holder is preferable
- Strong experience in press releases, media relations, and public relations
- Experience managing digital marketing channels, including social media and websites.
- Expertise in marketing communications and marketing strategies
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
