Trade Marketing Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time For a Trade Marketing Supervisor. The Trade Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for executing trade marketing activities, implement the market penetration strategies, and analyzing market trends. The role also involves coordinating with sales teams and distributors , managing promotional activities, and ensuring effective communication with trade partners.

• Maintain key client and customer relationships to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Representing the company in all internal and external events, exhibitions, trade visits, and seminars related to the company's exports.
• Negotiating prices, payment terms and conditions, and maintaining clients’ satisfaction.
• Support sales team on market penetration activities.
• Prepare the marketing events brand visibility stands coolers giveaways and roadshows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Coordinate the orders with the Operation department to correspond with operation schedule.
• Coordinating closely with sales teams and distributors to ensure alignment
• Managing promotional tools: POSM, stands, coolers, giveaways, and brand assets
• Organize and Participating in roadshows, events, exhibitions, and trade visits
• Representing AJE in internal/external marketing activations
• Supporting sales with BTL activities that drive volume and visibility
