Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for marble and granite products.
- Manage the complete export sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
- Prepare and negotiate export sales contracts, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to export sales.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target markets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably within the marble, granite, or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of international sales processes, documentation, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in international markets.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and export management software.
