Job Description
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company targets in international markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with overseas clients and partners.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing international customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with foreign clients in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to diverse international audiences.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and trade laws.
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products and brand.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales or international business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in overseas markets.
- Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
