About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Export Specialist to manage and expand our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will handle export documentation, logistics coordination, and customer communication to ensure smooth and compliant export processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all export procedures, documentation, and shipping requirements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with international clients and agents.
- Identify and develop new export markets to expand business opportunities.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve logistics issues.
- Prepare periodic reports on export performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in export/sales (preferably in manufacturing ).
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
