Senior Export Logistics Specialist

* Manage end-to-end export logistics operations: booking shipments, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export control regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR), and customs procedures.
* Prepare and verify essential export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
* Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for smooth shipment and clearance.
* Track shipments and resolve any logistical issues to ensure timely delivery.
* Work closely with sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment with delivery schedules.
* Stay current with updates in global trade and logistics regulations.
