Job Description
Manage and oversee all export logistics operations from order confirmation to final delivery.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Handle all aspects of export documentation with full accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any logistical challenges.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on shipments and logistics performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export logistics, preferably in fertilizers, mining, or related industries.
- Fully knowledgeable in export documentation and international shipping procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
