Job Description
- Coordinate and execute export operations (documentation, booking, shipping instructions, customs clearance, and delivery).
- Ensure that they are aware about international trade regulations, Incoterms, and export laws.
- Manage shipping schedules, bookings with freight forwarders.
- Prepare and review export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, BL/AWB ).
- Track shipments and provide status updates Current shipments with forwarders, customers weekly .
- Handle any logistics claims, delays, or discrepancies with shipping lines, customs, or transporters.
- Maintain accurate records for audit with finance and reporting for FORM 13 weekly .
- supported sales and commercial teams by preparing quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices.
- Managed payment follow-up (LC, TT, CAD) and liaised with banks to ensure accurate documentation.
- Follow-up, and maintained effective customer communication regarding shipment documents, dispatch updates, and delivery confirmations.
- Able to handle high-pressure situations and urgent logistics needs with efficiency due to work need.
Job Requirements
- from 2 to 4 years experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Lives in Fayoum, Giza or October
- Expertise in statistics and visualizing data
- Communication Skills and Solution-oriented
- Provence in Excel i.e ( Pivot Tables, Functions, Interactive excel dashboards, Etc.)
- SAP USER and Logistics Experience would be a huge advantage.
