Job Description
Administering all freight logistics for various destination.
Corresponding with all clients regarding the requested documents and procedures.
Issuing VGM, BL and COO for the shipping lines.
Determining the loading date of shipment in accordance with the factory.
Following up all shipments movements.
Sending samples to the cross border clients.
Following up all clients payments.
Daily and monthly report concerning sales, products, and payments.
Responsible for the export incentive file, aids and fund.
Preparing required documentation for LC''''s and goods inspections
Liaising with Marketing Department for trade shows preparations and promotional materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- knowledge about international trade laws, customs and agreements.
- Full awareness of shipping & export document cycle.
- Knowledge about different EMEA countries.
- Very good command of English.
- Another language will be an asset.
- Excellent Microsoft user
