Job Description
- sending the necessary information to customers.
- Dealing with agents from the beginning of the order request until the shipment is received.
- Representing the company as an effective interface with shipping companies and managing shipping logistics services, providing the best level of service, and finding solutions to shipping problems.
- Verifying selected markets and studying offers and prices for various types of goods in the local and international markets.
- Continuously communicating with existing and new customers to follow up on their requests
- Preparing all daily procedures related to commercial transactions, including arranging and organizing product shipping procedures and verifying the validity of required documents.
- Finding and establishing relationships with new external customers and ensuring that products reach the relevant shipping authorities.
- Understanding and reviewing shipping laws related to the export process.
- Maintaining archives of shipping documents and records.
- Monitoring and responding to all inquiries and requests for product certificates required for all export and import products for customs clearance.
