Job Description
-Handle all import and export documentation (invoices, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.)
-Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government entities to ensure timely delivery
-Track purchase orders from issuance to delivery at the factory
-Prepare regular reports on shipment status, logistics costs, and performance
-Ensure full compliance with Egyptian customs regulations and international trade laws
-Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to align on delivery timelines
-Resolve any shipment delays or issues proactively
-Maintain accurate records and update logistics database
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export logistics, preferably in the industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian customs procedures and international trade regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
