Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Export Sales Executive to join our international sales team at Polaris Mining LLC. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in global trade and sales. You will gain hands-on exposure to export markets, client management, and international business development, while working with a company exporting high-quality minerals worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets.
- Assist in managing relationships with existing overseas clients and agents.
- Prepare and send quotations, Proforma Invoices (PIs), and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipments and timely deliveries.
- Follow up on export procedures, shipping schedules, and payment collections.
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events (when required).
- Provide sales reports and updates to management.
- Work towards achieving export sales targets with guidance from senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, export, or international business.
- Strong interest in international trade and export sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Bengali is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-up.
- Willingness to learn export procedures, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
- Ability to travel abroad when required.
