Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use developments.
- Create marketing plans and campaigns that align with sales goals and timelines.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Manage and coordinate traditional marketing efforts such as print ads, signage, brochures, events, and real estate expos.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and monitor conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with creative and media agencies, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
- Oversee CRM systems and lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of marketing experience in real estate .
- Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and buyer personas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Experience in managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
