Job Description
- Develop Corporate Identity for Koning representing what the organization do and what it offers to the consumer
- Analyzing the confectionary market & Retail Audit developing corporate strategy accordingly
- Setting strategic marketing functions; brand positioning & naming, sales forecast by product & flavors, distribution plan, pricing scheme for selected product range
- Working through competitive analysis following up on prices, weights, promotions and new launches
- Conducting qualitative Research assessing brand equity, U&A, Taste test, Packaging designs & assess designed marketing strategy, brand positioning & pricing as well as testing new innovations initiatives
- Handling the new product development exercise for different products and tiers
- Preparing technical briefs for the NPD
- Management of the branding agency to develop new packaging designs
- Supervising Packaging design, material & dimensions along with the QC team and print houses
- Preparation of yearly budget and marketing calendar aligned with corporate objectives
- Handling Pitch for agencies for any campaigns
- Managing campaign supporting tools; OOH, Digital, POSM
- Tracking sales across all areas and SKUs
- Finalizing Payments and invoices
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in brand management, preferably within the Confectionary CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods). Experience working with creative and media agencies.
Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate consumer insights into effective brand plans.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and market research software is essential.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and budgets.
Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM principles.
Preferred an MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
