Job Description
- Establish and execute a marketing budget and strategy in line with annual calendar to achieve set targets. This includes budget allocation, tracking spending, and ensuring proper ROI on activities.
- Create, lead, and monitor the development of ATL and BTL campaigns (in-house and outsourced).
- Manage all customer-facing communication across the e-commerce platform (customer service), social media, targeted consumers, and other stakeholders to always improve the PICO customer experience.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging that is in-line with the PICO values and vision.
- Identify, analyze, and measure direct KPIs, ROIs of e-commerce content/trends/campaigns for optimum user experience and reports and analytics accordingly.
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends to use in digital and targeted campaigns within key-accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques, as well as Identifying knowledge gaps and initiating necessary research.
- Collaborate with other departments to bring forward new lines of value-added PICO products.
Job Requirements
- - BA/MA Business Administration and/or Marketing Communication
- Minimum of 7-10 years of work experience in the field of marketing and communication within FMCG (including leadership positions).
- Hands-on experience in marketing budgets, BTL & ATL campaigns and activities.
- Social media savvy, passionate to stay on top of trends and in-depth knowledge of best practices
- Strong skill set to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and forecast trends
Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
