Job Description
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns (online & offline).

Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing management, preferably within the construction, architecture, or related industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
