Sales Manager (Private Sector – Cleaning / Facilities Management)

About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead private-sector market penetration in Assiut (hospitals, malls, universities, factories) and close recurring cleaning/FM service contracts. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle—prospecting, visits, proposals & pricing, negotiation, closing—and coordinate with Operations & Finance to ensure healthy margins. You’ll also mentor a small BD team (2–4 reps).
Key Responsibilities
Build a go-to-market plan for Assiut and a weekly field-visit schedule.
Generate a 200-account target list within 30 days and manage it in a simple CRM.
Run the full cycle: qualification → on-site diagnostics → 3-tier proposals (Basic/Standard/Premium) with SLA → negotiation → closing.
Collaborate with Ops/Finance on costing & pricing to hit margin targets.
Maintain an accurate pipeline & forecast; report weekly KPIs.
Strengthen client relationships and manage key accounts post-sale.
Coach BD executives on outreach, objection handling, and proposal writing.
KPIs (what success looks like)
New MRR ≥ EGP 300,000 within 90 days.
Monthly activity: ≥ 18 qualified meetings & ≥ 10 proposals.
Close rate: 15–25% with pipeline coverage ≥ 3× monthly target.
Sales cycle: ≤ 45–60 days; first collection on time.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary + 2–3% commission on the first-year contract value (paid monthly after collection).
Transport allowance (cap against receipts); phone/data stipend as needed.
Probation: 3 months with a mandatory 6-week review and 30-60-90 day targets.

5+ years B2B sales in services (preferably FM/Cleaning/Security/Hospitality/Operations).
Proven, measurable wins: closed contracts in the last 24 months (client, monthly value, term, your role).
Strong plus: local network in Assiut (Procurement/Admin/Facility Managers).
Solid negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
Comfortable with MS Office and a lightweight CRM; driving license is a plus.
