Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the textile sector. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international textile markets.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through strong relationships and consistent communication.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Job Requirements
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in the textile or garment industry.
- Strong understanding of textile products, fabrics, and export markets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English .
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
