Job Description

 

  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end sales operations process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and project management to align sales operations with company goals.
  • Analyze sales data, generate actionable insights, and present regular reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and effective utilization for sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support sales initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices across all sales operations activities.

Job Requirements

  • Real Estate background is a must.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales operations, preferably within the real estate or related industries.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing sales processes and operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics.
