Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of integrated facilities management services to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage on-site teams to achieve operational excellence and foster a culture of discipline and commitment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely resolution of operational issues and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all managed facilities.
- Manage client relationships, addressing concerns proactively and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present operational reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Support commercial prudence by identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing operational expenditures.
- Drive innovation in service delivery by adopting new technologies and process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of +8 year of experience in operations management, preferably within facilities management or a related field.
- Proficient leading staff of engineering
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and achieving KPIs.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic workplace arrangements.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills for budget management and performance analysis.
- Background in engineering is a MUST.
