Job Description
- Lead Site O&M staff and following up activities.
- Evaluate RO process performance.
- Revise staff site Improvement/correction / emergency plans.
- Cost Control and Optimization.
- Staff training plan and implementation.
- Inventory management.
- Clients satisfactions.
- Ensure Health and safety precautions following up.
- Dealing with Governmental authorities.
- Implement company vision.
- Setting up annual budget
- Staff appraisal.
Job Requirements
- BSC. Engineering degree.
- Minimum 15 Years of Experience with a wide knowledge of RO and drinking water quality
- Excellent Knowledge of all plant electromechanical equipment and utilities.
- Using RO related software applications
- Ability to work in different sites
- Active, dynamic and supportive.
- Excellent Problem-solving skills , Communication skills , negotiation skills and presentation skill.
- Very good in English.
- Very good in Microsoft Office package
