Mall Operation Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of the mall, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional

environment for tenants and visitors. This role manages day-to-day maintenance, security protocols, housekeeping services, and a team of

operations staff to maintain high operational standards and a positive customer experience.

Supervise daily operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and facility checks, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and ready for

business.

· Lead and manage the on-site operations team, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel, providing guidance and

ensuring schedules are met.

· Monitor the performance of external contractors and service providers, ensuring they adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).

· Enforce all safety and security procedures, conducting regular patrols and checks, and responding to incidents in a timely manner.

· Act as a key point of contact for tenant inquiries related to operations, maintenance, and facility issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
