Job Description
- Follow up on routine maintenance and technical repairs of the fleet in coordination with the Fleet Department.
- Monitor the condition of vehicles parked in the garage, ensuring their technical readiness and overall appearance (cleanliness – maintenance).
- Supervise the execution of daily operations and bookings, ensuring drivers adhere to schedules and instructions.
- Oversee interactions with clients, ensuring a high level of service is delivered.
- Monitor the performance of limousine drivers, especially during client service, to ensure quality and compliance.
- Prepare the reports required by the Department Manager or top management.
- Develop and implement plans to improve workflow, ensuring continuity and quality in operations.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by top management or the Department Manager as per business needs.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Technical Skills: Good knowledge of vehicle technical maintenance.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in limousine or transportation management and operations.
