Job Description
- Consulting with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Designing and planning landscape layouts and gardens
- Managing landscape projects from conception to completion
- Overseeing the planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing of plants, shrubs, and trees
- Maintaining the health and appearance of landscapes including control of weeds and pests
- Using a variety of tools and machinery to conduct landscaping tasks
- Coordinating with other professionals such as landscape architects or contractors when needed
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations related to landscaping and outdoor maintenance
- Preparing and managing the landscaping budget
