Landscape Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all agricultural maintenance activities across various sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance operations, including smart irrigation systems, plant health monitoring, team supervision, and technical reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the execution of all landscaping maintenance operations across company sites.

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans including irrigation, pruning, mowing, fertilization, and pest control.

Monitor and operate manual and smart irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water usage based on site needs.

Conduct regular inspections of plants and turf to assess health and determine any required interventions.

Assign daily tasks to technicians and field workers, and ensure proper execution.

Coordinate with other technical departments (such as irrigation and mechanical maintenance) to address issues.

Prepare and submit regular technical reports to management with recommendations.

Track the consumption of fertilizers, pesticides, and water, and plan supply needs proactively.

Train and guide field staff on modern landscaping practices and improve overall performance quality.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all site operations.

Propose enhancements, plant replacements, or upgrades to maintenance practices when needed.

Monitor team performance and productivity, and report regularly on progress.

Maintain the aesthetic and professional appearance of all landscaping areas to reflect the company’s image.
