Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians at various industrial sites

- Ensure work is delivered in accordance with project specifications and timelines
- Prepare site reports and communicate technical issues effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth operations
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Chemical Engineering
- 2 to 4 years of site-based experience in industrial projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on site
